The H2020 project NewHoRRIzon calls for participation in public consultations on the upcoming framework program HorizonEurope and for support of the request for a strong follow-up to the Science with and for Society program (SwafS) of H2020 as well as the request for keeping the spirit of the Responsible Research and Innovation (RRI) approach.
Consultations are open until 8 September 2020! – Participation takes 20-25 min.
Current developments suggest that the ambition of the H2020 program Science with and for Society and the RRI approach will be almost entirely absent in Horizon Europe. If we don’t act now and make ourselves heard in the public consultations we might lose funding for the worlds most advanced multi-stakeholder, multi-disciplinary community aiming at solving today’s large-scale societal challenges via an integrative approach focussed on the values, needs and expectations of European citizens.
