For the programme “Digital Media” (Leuphana University in cooperation with Hamburg Media School), we are urgently looking for someone to teach the first-semester-methods course (via teaching appointment). The course should provide first experiences with qualitative empirical methods (interviews and participant observation) and (STS-)variations of these that are especially suitable to explorations of digital media. Here are the parameters:
- 3 SWS
- 5 sessions (3 hours each) that you will be teaching twice successively (morning and afternoon) -> the cohert of 35 students will be divided into two streams A and B, thus 17-18 students in each class
- weekly from Wednesday, December 8th until 2nd of February (2 sessions on visual and arts-based methods will be provided by another teacher)
- in presence at Hamburg Media School
